Refund Policy

Effective October 22, 2026

Free resources

The Cinematic Ad Shot List and the free sample prompts are free, so there is nothing to refund.

Digital products

This covers the Prompt Library, the Test, Launch and Scale guide, The Complete Method and our other guides. They are delivered instantly as downloads, and once you have the files we cannot take them back. So all digital product sales are final, with these exceptions. Email hello@createandsellwithai.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full if:

the files do not arrive or will not open, and we cannot fix it within 3 business days,
you were charged twice for the same product, or
the product is materially different from how its page describes it.

Results vary by tool, plan and settings. We do not offer refunds because a prompt or method produced a different result on your account, or because you changed your mind after downloading.

The Mini Series (done for you)

Within 48 hours: if you cancel in writing within 48 hours of paying, and before we have started your scripts, you get a full refund.
After we start your scripts: payment is final and non-refundable, because that is when our time and production costs are committed.
If something is off: you approve the scripts before we make the episodes, and you get one round of revisions. Revisions are how we fix concerns, not refunds.
Delays on your side: if approvals, feedback or materials from you are late, the delivery date moves by the same amount.
Founding clients: the same rules apply.

How to ask

Email hello@createandsellwithai.com with the email you used to buy and the product name. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. We would rather fix it than dispute it.
